Privacy Policy

MindLink: Dyad Lab · DUPREE OPS LLC · Effective August 20, 2026

The short version: MindLink has no account or sign-in. Your Journal and Future Doors data stay on your device. Dyad play sends game state through Vercel to Supabase, and a Release build uses RevenueCat to validate the optional Pro purchase. Those providers process the service data described below. MindLink has no ads and does no cross-app tracking.

Data that stays on your device

Dyad sessions: Vercel and Supabase

When you create, join, or play a two-player Dyad session, the app sends a random session code, sender/receiver role, trial phase, symbol target and guess, hit count, and trial history to Vercel. Vercel runs our API and sends the game record to Supabase, where the mindlink_sessions row is stored so both players see the same state.

Vercel also receives the IP address and basic device, operating-system, app-version, user-agent, request, timing, status, error, and diagnostic information generated when the app contacts the service. Vercel derives city and country from the IP address; this is coarse location, not GPS or precise location. Request paths and logs can associate this service metadata with a session code. We and our providers use it for routing, security, abuse prevention, uptime, performance, troubleshooting, service analytics, benchmarking, reporting, and service improvement.

Supabase stores the Dyad row and maintains plan-dependent API, edge, and database logs containing request and response metadata from our Vercel service. MindLink does not send a name, email address, contact list, Apple ID, advertising identifier, or journal text with a Dyad session.

Optional Pro purchase: Apple and RevenueCat

Apple processes payment for the one-time Pro unlock. The Release app uses RevenueCat for receipt validation, entitlement delivery, purchase restore, customer history, and aggregate purchase charts. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier it generates, basic device/app technical information, last-seen time, and the Apple receipt and purchase/transaction history. MindLink does not give RevenueCat your name, email address, Apple ID, or a custom MindLink account ID, and it disables RevenueCat diagnostics and automatic device-identifier collection. It does not enable an advertising-attribution integration. RevenueCat may use the request IP address to determine country, then drops the IP address rather than persisting it.

Support email

If you choose to email support, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use them to answer the request and troubleshoot the issue. Do not send journal text or other sensitive information. You can ask us to delete a support conversation unless we must keep it for security or legal reasons.

What we do not do

Data retention and deletion

Deleting MindLink removes data stored locally on that device. Dyad session rows do not currently have an automatic in-app deletion control or fixed expiry; they remain under a random session code until we remove them as part of service operations or in response to a valid request. If you still have the code, email us to request deletion. Platform logs have provider- and plan-dependent retention. Vercel says it retains information for the minimum period needed for contractual, security, dispute, and legitimate business purposes; Supabase log retention depends on the project plan. RevenueCat retains purchase/customer records as needed to deliver the service and meet contractual or legal obligations. These providers do not publish one fixed, MindLink-specific retention period for every record. Provider backups or records required by law can take longer to delete.

Service providers

Children

MindLink does not ask children for a name, email, or profile and has no chat or free-text messaging between players. The service data described above is still processed when anyone uses Dyad play. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Your choices

You can use Future Doors and the Journal without starting a Dyad session. The Pro purchase is optional. You can deny notification permission and continue using the app. To request access to or deletion of a known Dyad code, support message, or RevenueCat purchase profile, contact us at the address below. Because there is no MindLink account, include the session code, support email, or purchase evidence needed to locate the record. Apple can retain transaction records it must keep for legal or financial compliance.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
